Special Appointments during Holiday Closures

Our services are typically unavailable during our Christmas/New Year holiday closure period and on public holidays, however we understand that there may be times when a little extra flexibility is needed. If you’ve discussed your needs with one of our practitioners in advance, we can occasionally offer pre-paid appointments during this time.

When these special arrangements are made, please keep in mind that they are subject to special booking terms and our adjusted cancellation policy as follows:

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice cancellation: 100% of the appointment fee applies.
  • Less than 48 hours’ notice cancellation: 50% of the appointment fee applies.

To ensure everything runs smoothly, cancellations must be communicated via SMS reply to the appointment reminder only. We are unable to process cancellations via email or phone during this period, as the office is closed.

If you do need to cancel and provide more than 24 hours’ notice via SMS, we’ll offer a refund or credit, though please be aware that refunds will only be processed after the office reopens and may take up to 7 business days.
