Appointment reminders are sent via SMS 72 hours before your appointment. If you wish to reschedule, cancel, or communicate changes to your appointment, please promptly SMS a reply to your SMS appointment reminder.
It is important to SMS a reply at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you do not do this, a late cancellation/non-attendance fee will apply.

For support outside of your scheduled appointments
Thrive Wellness is a private practice offering services and supports by appointment only.
We do not provide 24/7 access or emergency services. If you want to move your appointment forward, please ask and we will put you on a waiting list. If an earlier appointment becomes available, we will offer this to you.

PWD Accessible
Our reception entrance, downstairs consultation rooms, and ammenities are PWD accessible. We have one upstairs consulting room that can only be accessed via stairs – please advise at time of booking if you require a downstairs room and we will book accordingly.
Recpetion Entrance
The main entrance is at the back of the building, directly from the carpark.
The choice of stair or ramp access is provided at the rear of the building. For disablity access, please park in the specially marked PWD carpark and use the ramp to enter directly into reception area.
Parking
Free onsite parking is provided for our clients at the rear of our buidling. Turn into our driveway from Herries st, continue along the drive to the rear carpark and park in any of the designated carparks in the concreted section.
